All Spa Time Baby cozy products are made with soft absorbent, 100% cotton terry cloth and 100% cotton designer trim fabrics (exclusive of waterproof panel).
The waterproof panel is made with polyurethane laminate (PUL). PUL is the same soft polyester knit fabric that is used to make modern day cloth diapers.
It's great for use with toddlers, pets, disabled adults, or any task that requires staying clean and dry.
